Piney Lakes, Winthrop

The Piney Lakes Environmental Education Centre (PLEEC) is a venue available for hire by the local community and is a place for environmental education. We aim to promote environmental awareness, respect for Noongar Boodja and encourage positive behavioural change towards sustainable living practices.

Venues are given a rating out of three based on their triple bottom line performance in the areas of people, planet, and pocket. We look at physical features as well as operational considerations. Below you’ll find the features of this venue that we have considered in our rating.
